Who can take your courses?

Anyone. We do not limit our courses to those specifically in the beauty industry. However, in cases of limited space availability, we do give reservation priority to licensed beauty professionals.

Can I pay at the door or just show up and pay on the day of the course?

All course registrations and reservations are done online and prior to course.

Will I receive a certificate upon completion of the course?

Yes.

Am I guaranteed to learn threading skills by taking your course?

You will learn the fundamental skills, but you will only become proficient with practice. Our course is designed to teach the fundamentals and proper techniques in order to give you a solid foundation to becoming proficient.

Will I be able to perform services on clientele upon completion of the course?

Possibly. This is an acquired skill that takes practice and time to master. Your skills and confidence will grow with both time and practice.

How long will it take to become proficient?

Once you’ve learned the proper foundation and techniques by taking our course, you should expect to develop a strong base set of skills as soon as you feel comfortable.

Who may take the Online courses?

Online courses are ideal for anyone, of any age, gender or background who wishes to learn a new skill from the comfort and convenience of their own space. Our Online courses are created for complete beginners and no previous knowledge of beauty is required as the courses cover all aspects of the threading process including health & safety, consultation and client care to enable you to perform treatments to industry standard.

What devices are the online courses suitable for?

The Online courses are designed to work seamlessly with PCs, laptops and most mobile devices including tablets and smart phones so you can study at your own pace. Wherever there is wifi available your courses are available to you. The online study materials are easy to follow.

How long will I have access to the online materials?

You have access to our in-house Support team by email or telephone throughout your studies.

Can I attend any face to face training?

Face to face training is not required. Our Online courses are very comprehensive and ensure you will learn best practice and acquire the skills required to deliver services to an industry standard so you are fully supported to achieve the certificate through distance learning only. However, if at any time during your studies or within 12 weeks following completion of your online course, you feel you would benefit from attending some face to face training*; we are happy to arrange this for $150 per 2 hours. Subject to availability. Training designates attendance would be provided on set dates from our training schedule(s).

How does appointment scheduling work?

When you've completed purchasing you'll be able to login to your account and can find out the next steps required to book a time for your course from there.

Is it possible to buy course more than once?

For sure! You simply need to purchase coaching again and will be able to get access to another course.

Is course refundable?

There are no refunds.
